Arthur R. Dansby Since May 1992 to the present Mr. Dansby has worked as a Management / Fiscal Consultant for Kedran Community Mental Health Center. At Kedran he provides management and technical assistance to the CEO in the areas of regulatory reporting, budgeting, contract compliance, fiscal monitoring, cost reporting, audit management and information systems design.
	For almost 19 years prior to his connection with Kedran, Mr. Dansby was the President / Founder of Biplex Corporation, dba Eduplex Career Centers. Biplex was organized and managed as a private company that provided medical management services, computer services and training services. Training services were provided through a wholly owned subsidiary, Eduplex Career Center, in Los Angeles, Compton, San Bernardino and Casper, Wyoming. Mr. Dansby has also served as a systems programmer for the aerospace industry providing training and technical support to applications programmers in the use of IBM OS/HASP operating system. He also installed and maintained systems and telecommunications sosoftware/hardware in support of multi-user computer resources. Mr. Dansby holds degrees in Government, Political Science and Management.
