Getting to know some of the personal stories of our consumers makes me realize what can be achieved with the love and support of family, friends and the surrounding community. Hopefully, my efforts on the board will help get that message out to others within our community so that individuals with developmental disabilities residing in South Central Los Angeles are better served,” says President Franks.

As a professional broker, he has used his vast knowledge which encompassing public administration, marketing and advertising, business, entertainment and public relations to fashion his brokering skills.
