William West
President
William West is the founder and owner of William West Ventures, a Commercial Real Estate Development Company providing development and entitlement consulting to a wide range of clients. Prior to creating his development company, he was Vice President/General Manager for H.B. Drollinger Co. His day-to-day responsibilities included the operation of a multimillion dollar property management and development company that controlled approximately 1.5 M sq ft, servicing over 400 retail and office tenants in 26 properties located throughout the greater Westchester area.
Still an active community member of Westchester and Playa Del Rey, William has served as Assistant Boy Scout Master for Troop 23, been an active member of the Westchester/Playa Del Rey Neighborhood Council, and was awarded the Medal of Valor from the Los Angeles Police Department of which he was a member from 1971 to 1985. Mr. West exhibits passion and leadership and in 2006, he was appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to the State Rehabilitation Council as a Commissioner.
